The staff were brilliant and provided great service. Had beautifully designed room with a/c and large shower and the terrace for an amazing stay. They provided lots of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included.

Cozy place, great food offered for a la carte breakfast. We liked our room, it was well-designed and airy.

Peaceful stay in the interesting area. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Hotel was exceptionally clean, being near the beach.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tulum. The staff and location were magical. I got free upgrade and loved it. The restaurant was great with excellent meals.

Awesome location and personable staff at least. The staff did all they can for a fabulous stay. True 4-star experience, excellent service. Besides, it was just next door to good restaurants and beach and Ocean. The breakfast was adequate and outstanding!

We loved this place, as it was the best hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, the bed was nice, inexpensive venue. Room was retro and decent, had facilities we wanted.

The room was airy, the bed was comfy, the service was impeccable! Plenty of options, appetising food. Fabulous view of garden. The management was absolutely amazing, as well as the staff. Friendly reception. Found in a beautiful part of the town.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Recommend for price/quality. Btw, their porter is top! We really enjoyed the safe area around the hotel.

The view from our veranda was beautiful. Many thanks to waiter! Hotel was in a perfect location. The restaurant was really nice.
